Laura and Dave are life and business partners, shown here with Emma, the "baby" of the family. Emma just started Kindergarten.

Dave Fullen: Prior to founding CPM, Dave was Partner and Director of Interactive with Horizons Companies for six years, and Director of Sales and Marketing for Mills/James Productions for almost ten years. Dave develops digital media for educational and communications applications, for customers in fields ranging from education to affordable housing. His projects have won industry awards for the Treasurer of State, United Way of Central Ohio and the United Parcel Service. He writes for USATT Magazine and has written case studies for Neulogic and content for the Ohio Department of Education and others.
Education: BA, Classical Humanities, The Ohio State University; MBA, Ohio University.
Laura Fullen: Prior to co-founding CPM, Laura was Business Theater producer and Executive Producer for Mills/James Productions for ten years, producing large-scale events for The Limited, Inc., Sterling Commerce, Columbus Life Insurance, Scotts and many others. At CPM she handles special events and applies her multimedia and journalism/editing background to print and video projects.
Education: BA, Journalism, The Ohio State University.
